Stage 2 help.

Hey guys,
I'm planning on having my car at stage 2 by years end but I need your knowledge on a small issue. I plan to purchase a Cobb AP, up-pipe, thermal blankets for the turbo, up & down-pipes. My question is/are: will a downpipe suffice or will i need the full back system? TurboXS offers a Stealthback which i'm interested in (don't need/want a new exhaust, nor do I want to be too loud). Also, has anyone heard of this M2 TBE for $255, is it too good to be true?
thanks.

I ran my 06 Wrx with just a helix catted downpipe with a adapter for the stock catback everything was fine on stage 2. I used m2 for less then a year ad the bracket on the muffler rusted off( wasn't even a bad winter) people told me to stay away but I didn't listen.
