I keep forgetting what the exact problem will be but yes it does make the car run "funny" your best bet is to put it on

when you shift the car goes rich and stumbles a bit. its not the end of the world. its not goint to help youre car but i have heard of people getting codes from it. i run forge bov and its fine. i would say to put it back on just because it will run a little better and since you are essentially losing air that could be in your intake by venting it, you are spooling a bit slower (not a noticable difference). bottom line: you want sound pulg it; you want drivability hook it up.

I have noticed absolutely no driveability issues with my HKS SSQV. No stumbling, no stalling, no sputtering.
