red 02 wrx

Ok well i found a wrx for insurance to buy for me since i totaled my 05 wrx. It is red and has 64k miles they have it advertised for 15000. Is this a good price. The dealer told me is was in very good condition. From the pictures i have seen he is right but i havent gotten the chance to go down and see it. Thanks

That seems a bit much for an '02 w/ that amount of miles. I wouldn't pay over 12-13k. Just check it to see if there is any indication of previous mods. On the plus side for you, I don' see many Sedona Red Pearl WRXs running around, maybe like 5 in my life.

That does seem kind of high. But you have to see and drive the car before really making any real choice. +1 for how rare a color car that is. Would be cool to have it just because of that fact.

+1 to check to see if it has had any type of mods on it, look for all the heat sheilds to still be on and the stock up pipe, and the y pipe and all that stuff.

look for a newer one, close to the same mileage dont let them cheat you.

MY dad got all of the insurance crap worked out and they valued the car at 19300 but with the 1000 dollor deductable we will get 18300. Not sure when the parents will let me get another car since i will be in europe for a little bit this summer. With the money what years should i look for and about how many miles? Thanks for all of your guys help.

Hell if you got about $18k, you shouldbe able tofind a used 06-07 in that price range with decent miles, and probably not even modded. Im just biased for the 06-07 look, lol

I love the 06/07. I found an 06 with less than 20K miles on it for 21000. Does that seem about right? Still tryin to find more info on it. You guys are awesome thanks for all the feedback!

When my mom called the court house to see when i had my court date they said that the cop hasn't even reported my citation and it has been two weeks. Is there a chance i woulnt even have to go or even have it go on my record? If it does go on my record do any of you guys know if it gets taken off when i turn 18? I dont really know much about this legal stuff.

im pretty sure it does, it varies state by state. that would be cool if the cop didn't show up. or process the ticket. i was going to challenge a license plate ticket on my last car but it turned out the ticket was lost and the cop didn't process it. so i never had to pay for it. who knows, u might get lucky as well.
