I just got mine for $193 from a local shop. JSCspeed seemed to be the cheapest place that I could find online. That and I support them 100% because of their great customer service.

I second that. I have bought many things from them, and am very happy each time.

3rd, usually the cheapest too. It's where I got mine.

Don't hate me but I got mine jet-hot coated and shipped to me for 150.00. I found it in the 4 sale ads at nasioc. It was new also.

I just called the local shop to see if they had the perrin uppipes and how much they would cost. They started trying to sell me the TXS one instead (they are a TXS dealer but sell everything). They said that the perrin warps alot and leaks bc stainless steal warps faster... Has anyone had a problem with the perrin leaking(if installed properly)...

I personally prefer the TXS piece to the Perrin. The TXS uppipe is made of cast iron, just like the manifold. So, when it gets hot it expands and contracts at the same rate as the manifold. Stainless steel does not expand and contract the same, and that causes leaks. That's not saying that any stainless pipe will leak, but they are more likely to than an iron pipe.

Oh by the way, I just checked the TXS Flex-pipe and it has a 45mm opening BUT it's in a stainless-steel FINISH, so whuts it made of?...whuts the helix-flex made of?

The perrin is stainless steal the TXS is cast iron... I think im going to get the TXS i found it for 170 with free s&h. My friend is on his way to go pick it up for me from out local TXS dealer that will beat online prices. It really seems to me that aslong as it is installed properly they are all pretty much just as good as the next, any one agree?

Well that is the first I have ever seen of the TXS flex uppipe. Their website doesn't even have it, and they used that cast iron principle as their main marketing strategy. I would give them a call and ask them about it.
