Perrin EBCS

I've got one of these on the way, and I've got a Q about the wiring. Perrin's instructions say to cut off the stock connector and splice the wires accordingly. Does anyone know if I'll be able to just unplug it and tap the wires I need without having to cut off the connector itself? Also, does anyone know what gauge wiring it is going to the stock BCS, as it should be right around if not the same as AWG as the wiring on the Perrin? Just need to know what size tap to get if that'll work. TIA,

Mike

its most likelt a v 10-12g wire the only thing you can really do is possibley if you can find a female side that plugs into the connector then splice the femal side to the bcs.... other wise youre gonna have to cut the harness just cut it where theres about an inch or 2 from the connector so if you have to splice it in later you can without probs.... try to get a connector too for the new connection and splice the harness and the bcs so it can be a quick disconnect!! iff not hardwireing it will be stright get some heat shrink... post pics

I'm just going to solder the damn thing on without cutting the connector off. Problem solved. Thanks dude.
