perrin divorced wastegate downpipe

so i was wondering if its ok to put a perrin divorced wastegate downpipe on my car with have a tail 38mm external wastegate on my car? does it matter, cause my waste gateflapper is closed... I have a megan racing donwpipe on it right now, but have the opportunity to snag a perrin one.

Shave the brackets. This is quite common and not really due to downpipe quality.

i have that exact downpipe ( perrin divorced wastegate) and i am currently running a tial 38mm external wastegate using the grimmspeed up/pipe wastegate combo. i haven't had any problems. technically ive wondered the same thing, that it wouldn't make a difference having this downpipe with the ewg, but i dont see their being any harm.

with that said, i really dont see a reason to change your downpipe now, unless you dont want to worry about shaving the brackets.

it doesn't really matter...but the bellmouth would probably flow just a little bit better because it creates a lower pressure area but it would be so minimal
