What threads are you refering to? One's with sound clips, experiences with the BOV, or the one's that tell newbies to stay away from BOV's?

If he wants the bov then let him get it... whatever... if he wants to know about bovs/bpvs then he can read Blow Off Valves 101 which is stickied in this forum somewhere.

Well... several friends of mine including myself believe that a well designed BOV will not cause a significant rich condition, but I won't get into that right now.

I don't care what tune you have or what your buddies say, or even how nice of a blow off valve you have, the fact is that venting is throwing away air your ECU has already accounted for.

You need a blow by MAF to properly run a vented BOV.
