I am runnin the Nitrous Express kit only using the 35 shot jet, with the fogger plumbed directly into the stock intercooler right under the stock bov. Only ran the 35 shot to be conservative with it, there is a definite difference. I now have a FMIC and Im no longer using the Nos system. Im most likely gonna sell it.

the NX kit that I have retails for like $1,100.00, reason being so expensive is that I also picked up the Bottle warmer and the Purge valve (sold separately) you can get kits new for $600.00 and up.

Installation is pretty easy if mechanically inclined, but takes time to do..for someone with experience it will take at least 4-5 hrs.

Damage, anything other than stock components will eventually damage or wear down a motor prematurely...that is the reason why I only used a 35 shot jet, there are many guys that are presently using 50 shots and are saying they dont have any probs.

if your interested Im selling my NOS kit for $400.00

i've ran a 55 shot many times, and 80 shot once. mine is a 2.5 though. the stock clutch would barely hold the 55, and not even the 80. i have the zex kit, its a 30 minute install.

I haven't tried that. It seems a little expensive to use nitrous to cool something. I'm working on a water sprayer kit right now. I'm not sure yet how I'm going to do it. I've seen several so I have many ideas. But I figure I have a few more months to figure it out. For now, mother nature is acting as my intercooler cooler.

on my friends talon tsi, we used the pump from his windshield squirter reservior, a little tub to hold ice water, and a misting garden nozzle from wal mart to make an intercooler sprayer. cost $10 and makes enough difference to actually feel.

Yeah, but I want to retain my windshield squirter. I think the whole thing can be done for less than $100.
