My New Setup

I am going to be swapping my turbo setup here in the next couple of weeks. I can't wait to see how it runs. This is the mod list I will be working from:

Blouch Evo III 16G
GrimmSpeed P&P Exhaust Manifolds
BPM High Flow Crossover Pipe
Slowboy Racing EWG Uppipe (Invidia UP modified for 38mm EWG)
Turbo Concepts 38mm EWG
TurboXS Downpipe and Catback Adapter
GReddy Evo2 Catback
APS Turbo Inlet
Zero Sports Intake Elbow
Cobb SF Intake
GrimmSpeed Phenolic Spacers
TGV Deletes
GM Boost Control Solenoid
NGK Iridium One Step Colder Spark Plugs
Crucial Racing Coolsafe Thermostat
Go Fast Bits Power Pulley Set
Go Fast Bits Stealth FX BOV
Modded stock injectors (flow tested by Witch Hunter 822/816/816/814)
Walbro fuel pump
TurboXS Topmount Intercooler

After hearing some good things about Dom at DTRacing, I will be giving him a try. I am possibly switching to a Perrin-like BCS because they flow at higher rates than the GM BCS.

Any thoughts?

My name is Ken and I am a HP Junkie.

That's a nice looking list you got there! The only thing I'd add would be water/meth injection, but that's up to you.

Dom tuned my car as well via the internet. I was impressed that he was able to deal with my setup (ej207 w/ avcs enabled) with only 2 revisions.

I will be sure to post my impressions. The E316G and the Dominator 3 are at opposite ends of the spectrum.

Yea it's supposed to be Blouch's version of a bolt on, ball bearing 30R. They say it spools just as fast as a vf39 on an sti, but i'll wait and see on that...

nice list! can't wait to see how this setup does. the aps turbo inlet isn't worth the trouble to install over other inlets in my opinion. i went with an aps over a silicone inlet since i was doing tgv's at the same time, but would have saved myself a lot of frustration if i went with perrin or something similar. either way, good luck!

I guess this answers my question in the other thread you posted!! you should see some nice number with that setup.

+1 for witch hunter, they are in my area and we use them all the time. I work with Dom and he is very, very good you will be happy with his tune.
Is it the ingersal-rand BS?, that is the one that Dom recomends

Yeah that is the BCS that I was thinking about switching to. From Dom's forum I am getting that he feels that the GM BCS doesn't flow enough for the EWG. I want to get the best boost response I can out of this setup, so if the Ingersal-Rand one will work better I will switch.
