More Noticeable Improvement?

Which did you find was more noticeable.. up-pipe or downpipe. i have my up-pipe in and now i'm turning to the downpipe.. any insight?

The up pipe is a safety thing more than anything. The DP is the BIG restriction in the subaru set up.
