Low RPM issues

When in low rpm's, usually when trying to take off from a dead stop my car begins to jerk. I'm not sure its the tune, or just needing new plugs or may be something i don't know. I also just had a new clutch installed, ACT Xtreme Performance Street Clutch. I pretty sure its not the gas. I run only 93 in it. It happens no matter where i get gas from and i recently used SeaFoam in the gas tank, have yet to put some in the crankcase. Sooooo any suggestions what might be causing this? anything would help! thanks

Could be plugs. Did you get the flywheel resurfaced correctly?

Its not new if the surface isn't smooth and will not lay flat to the new clutch.
