legacy h6?

Anyone know where i can obtain a Subaru h6 motor?
I am going to sell my 2005 WRX and buy something like 1998-2003 impreza/wrx depending on what kind of deal i find.. rs is light, 02-03 is my favorite body style.

either way i am gonna sell mine and buy one of those.. and am looking into putting a legacy H6 in it.. i want the torque..

thanks in advanced

what color?

if you wanted to trade loans id do it

i only owe like 22g's hehe..

i wouldnt want any cash with it, even switch, as long as your loan is 22g's or less...
i know you were probably kidding, but i would be down if anyone is serious..

i want black or the 2003 bright yellow, not that creamy yellow ha..

anyone interested? lemme know..

but my main questions remains... h6 motor!

Mines black, I owe around 12,500, I wouldn't be able to afford payments for 22K loan, I would if I could.

The STi turbo is a VF39. And the H6's I've only seen on the Legacy line (Legacy Outback H6 and B9) so I don't even know if it will fit in an Impreza. Worse comes to worse, ask you dealership to get you an H6.

^^ +1

Also could try a dealer online like www.subaruwrxparts.com

they sell blocks for STi and old Legacy Turbo. They may offer a better rate. Have you checked out specs as far as space and mounting points etc to see if this is remotely doable yet?

I am pretty sure the h6 fits, it is just a tight fit, my has it done in his 1998 2.5rs and he said it should work in a 2002-2003 just very tight and some modding of the compartment... i mean shit i know a guy who put an h6 in his 914 porsche.. and those are effin small..

but either way, its all interest to see where i can get one, and how much it will cost.

anyway its all just research..
