Stop Playing Need For Speed! Jkin. In Order To Beat An 800hp Cobra, Your Gonna Have To Spend Thousands And Your Car Will Only Be A Trackcar As Dumdum Said.

my recommendations are EvoIII 16G from Forced Performance or Blouch. An APS or Turboxs Top mount IC, 650cc injectors, and a walboro fuel pump. Thats just for the turbo with it's direct supporting mods, it appears your at a stage 2 setup. Thats going to net you 300+ whp with a good tune (which will run 300-400). With an 03 wrx you will not even come close to an 800hp mustang. You would need a complete built race engine. As dumdum said earlier, this is all aside from upgrading your tranny. If you go with the turbo I suggested you'll still need to baby the tranny. Either way you're looking at spending a lot of money.

i would doubt ## friend and his 800 hp mustang but with that aside longshot hit it on the head.

o i would ask ## friend to see the dyno before i listend to his "800" number...

tho if u were looking to beat his track time get his 1/4 mile slip and tell us his time....

the shelby gt 500 only runs a 12.9 1/4 mile...

the cobra SVT only runs a 12.9 1/4 mile...

those are the two fastest stangs i can find from a recent date. so unless ## friend has put anther 300 hp under the hood on those... i doubt he has 800 hp...

The best idea yet, take your 800hp mustang friend to an autocross track, or even a circuit with a good amount of corners and kiss him goodbye. You can laugh as you drive with one hand looking in your rearview of him spinning out all over the place. Many people don't understand these cars strong points are not in a straight line.

With that setup you are getting a little closer, but still think you need a bigger I/C than that to support an 18G. And if that is what you are looking at, look at blouchturbo.com for their turbos.

I don't think the STi IC is big enough for an 18G...

That would be fine, that IC was made for that turbo (STi). You won't get as much power from a 39 though.
