Question hope its not the turbo?

i have a 2002 wrx sedan.
i was driving to a friends house and when i got there i smelt burinig oil coming frome the vents, i opened the hood and smelt on burning oil but when i loooked at the tailpipe there
was a light smoke coming out. not alot though it was like it was condensation when your cats are cold.

anyone have some ideas on what is going wrong??

we need more info.

let the car warm up and see if it still smokes. what color is the smoke?
check your oil levels to see if you are burning any.
look in your intercooler for oil.

Do a leak down test on the car, and if you can pressurize your coolant system and see if the pressure bleeds off, those kits are pretty cheap as well.
