HKS Hi-Power CB

I've been looking around the past few days for a CB and was leaning towards the HKS.
Was thinking bout Invidia Q300 but Im trying to keep my price range under 600.

Guess the only issue is the Diff. skidplate.

Any feedback on HKS?

Love my HKS set up, I've always been a fan and have ran their exhaust on some of my other cars too. I never once had an issue and like the sound too.

John, your turn to hype it up vvvv

Typing... typing... typing... it's awesome! Plenty of rumble for your ears. Pay attention to the clearance of the flex section near the driveshaft loop though - you might have to grind a tiny bit of material off like I did, but it's no big deal.

I actually just replaced my flex pipe. Had many many miles on it, the rest of the full exhaust was near mint

They do hold up pretty well to salty winters, but they tend to bend into funny shapes when tailgating Hondas with inadequate brakes and nearly bald tires slam into the back of your car on rainy days

That little unfortunate incident happened last December. Very shortly after, the rear bumper was refreshed to perfection and the cat back was replaced. Before it was turned into a taco, that HKS Hi-Power cat back was on my car from February, 2008 (10,800 miles) until December, 2011 (86,200 miles) and it was still in pretty good condition. There were a few rust pits on the brackets and some scratches and dings from normal wear, but it still shined up nicely after a good wash.

Amen, I enjoy the sound of my exhaust rumbling through town @ 3am. I don't stomp on it like an a$$hole so it sounds just right.

Can you view it from the computer? I can't see anything but a black box on my phone.

guys.... I have the HKS hi power on my 03 and I just feel like its quiet. It doesn't have a silencer in the muffler, but to me it just seems quieter than most other wrx cat backs.
Stock dp and up... which I have to gut the cat still.
Yours sounds good on your red bug eye. How much were those headlights?
