Requires? No.

Good idea? Of course.

My car has the stock internals, clutch, transmission, etc. with about 56k miles on it, and still going strong. Just did a compression check last month and it still has plenty of compression.

No idea. The closest AWD dyno is 3 hours away. But practically everyone with the same setup as mine is in the 300 whp range.

APS stuff is top notch the exhaust sound great and are great quality. Id never bother with their turbos are way over priced for what they are and they make any more power then a VF22 power and they are all to big for a 2.0L. an SR30 or possibly an SR40 would work. If anyone on this forum would recomend a green a 2.0L should get checked out. You might as well take the turbo off the car cause youll never see boost with a green on it. Id recommend a 16g or an 18g from deadbolt there great turbos with free rebuilds for life. If you can find a VF22 thats a great turbo for the money.

I put 293 to the wheels on a mustang dyno last year and let me tell you, they are right, you will beat 99% of street cars out there.
I did that with a vf30, 550 pinks, UTEC and the rest of the normal mods you would expect. Of course that wasn't enough, it never is . Now, I finally got the Axis stage 2, 2.5, vf22, 800cc injectors, and a FMIC in this summer. I would have gone and got it tuned (3 states away) but I got all of it in right before it snowed and I also wanted to wait because I am getting a Hydra EMS for Christmas. Anyone have any guesses on what that will do for WHP?

800cc injectors seem large for a VF22. i would look more at a set of 650cc.

Well, technically I still have it. It's sitting in my parking lot. The buyer has already paid me for it (3 weeks ago), and the title has been transferred, so it's no longer mine. But it's still sitting here. I drive it around the block every couple of days just to keep all the fluids circulating.
