You will need the CEL fix if having a CEL will bother you. It won't effect the way it runs.

As for a street car, you know that technically it is illegal, right?

Ok, along the same lines, I'm getting ready to order the Helix up/down pipe combo from Gruppe-S that comes with the CEL fix, will I need anything else as well (gaskets, etc)?

Mine came with gaskets.

You will need basic tools, plus an O2 sensor wrench. You might want to pick up some RTV sealant while you're at it.

If you need any help installing it, let me know.

I don't have one, but I have access to two or three different ones when I need them.
