1) Your stockers are totally fine. If it's so important not to have any downtime and so important to keep the sound, what's wrong with the headers you got on there? You won't get any gains out of headers with the stock turbo.

The stock P&Ped is a good option once you get into larger turbos. A lot of people also change the crosspipe out while they're doing it as well which is usually about all that needs to happen for a <400whp car.

2) Show some respect for other posters and don't use things like C U Z. This is not a cell phone text repository. We're not going to throw you over the coals for every little spelling mistake but please be respectful enough to at least try to use complete words and sentences. In other words, please read this:
Grammar and Punctuation.

3) Please use the edit button to add to your posts instead of repeat posting. It's annoying and confusing and easily fixed.

thanks for your input. i will take all the things you said into consideration. btw i am new to all this. but my car is not stock. the mods include turboxs turbo back exhaust, v34 pnp turbo, turboxs tmic, tial blow off, m2 up-pipe, sti injectors, utec stage 4 tuned with 93 octane at 19 psi and a walboro fuel pump. any other input now that you know all that?

yeah, sounds like you're about due for headers You should update your profile. Sorry, I thought you were "just another bolt on wonder boy looking to get smoked."*

*A Need for Speed: Underground Reference nobody will get that I find utterly hilarious.

Like I said, crosspipe is the way to go along with a P&P on the rest of it if you really want to get fancy. With that it'll match probably anybody's aftermarket pieces for less money and maintain the stock sound. Still, with a VF34 I wouldn't count on more than about 5hp out of this.

As for who does it, I think grimmspeed is the usual shop? They MIGHT cross-ship you one if they have a stock header laying about.

If you need a stocker to use as a "Core Charge" I have one that I just replaced on my setup..

Edit: Hit up Kjott21 for some good PnP info..

There is also two companies to choose the crosspipe from. Either Injen or BPM. Also to fix the "ticking" noise associated with the high flow cross pipe, you need to exhaust wrap the whole thing and you'll eliminate the sound. Good Luck.
