i know someone that has it and it is almost as quiet as stock. Definately a lot quiter than the borla "hush". It might sound good catless with a TBE though. My hush TBE sounds amazing! Not so hush anymore...

Really? The reason I say 2006 is because I was wondering if there are any fitment problems and if I need any gaskets.
Also, are you saying if I go with an aftermarket catless DP, it will be loud?

there were no 06 exhausts out when i purchased mine. The fitmit should be the same as the 02-05 wrx with no problems.

yes, catless w/ downpipe will be loud, but you'll like it.

if you are worried about it being loud, just do the downpipe first and eliminate both cats at once and see how loud it is. That stock exhaust is about as quiet as you can get running catless.

Thanks for the clip that sounds pretty good didn't realize it'd be that loud. Thought it'd be pretty quiet from the inside. Any pics of it on your car from a distance?

Just realized you said "Invidia setup". Well according to GReddy this is what they have to say.

"Thanks for your interest in GReddy Products
However the 06 models would require a different system then the older models. Differences in the exhaust in the 06, make them incompatible. I am sure we will offer a specific system for the 06-on but currently we do not."

Amen to that. Especially if you go to the dunes or something like that. My brother wants me to race his atv, but I'm too weird aboiut getting my car dirty.

My car is well, it's like 10 lbs of shit in a 5 lb bag...

Will the older downpipes fit my catback? I heard that the new 06 WRX's come with the Legacy downpipes.
