Good source/retailer
So I am going to get my first WRX and want to my research first. What are a couple good websites to look at to order parts from for an 06 wrx. Somewhere that offers most everything from exhaust to suspension parts. Thanks in advance.

Those are a few off the top of my head. 06-specific parts might take a few months to appear, but those sites all have a great variety of things for the previous WRXes.

My suggestion, search for what you want/need on those sites, then check eBay and see if you can find it for cheaper. Usually, you can find something for 50-75% of the retail price. However, there are some rare items (official JDM emblems and such) that can only be found on these sites.

Yeah, the rallysportdirect should work out well in a couple months when they get parts in since they have a 2006 wrx page, just without any parts on it now. It will be a little while before I can mod my car because of the bank dropped on the car itself. I wish cars were cheaper...

Good sites above. Here's another one, especially for East coasters or those near Northern VA:

wrx904 10-23-2005 10:23 PM is way over priced, they suck. :nono:
is way over priced, they suck. :nono:
If you say so. The rotors, pads and lines I got from them were fairly priced and arrived very quickly. Plus, I didn't see them anyplace that I had ordered from before. I've ordered from just about all of them at this point and can tell you at least one bad thing about most of the ones listed above. If you find something for $10 less but have to email and call, trying to track it down, I don't have time for that. If I cancel something after 2 months of waiting and they still send it, I'm less than tickled when sending it back. If somone forgets that I returned an item and don't apply my credit in a timely manner... that's also a problem. If my order arrives in 50 pieces when it should be 4, I ain't smiling.

But unless I hear from a reliable source that a firm is truly crooked or goofy, I look at the price and see if that item can be had from a firm I'm more comfortable with. But small problems aside, I'd order from any of the firms listed above (except maybe 1).
