Getting a tune Monday!

I was saving this question for the end of my build thread, but this just can't wait. I've been waiting 11 years!!!

I'm going for an open source tune from Junior Barrios on a Dyno-jet 4wd dyno at P&L Motorsports.

They have my mod list:

intake silencer delete,
K&N drop-in air filter,
Samco airbox Hose,
Samco intercooler hoses,
Borla cat-back,3"twin tip
Invidia V2 Downpipe Bellmouth,
Invidia Uppipe, Both titanium heat wrapped
Cobb lightened crank pulley,
Walbro fuel pump,
GrimmSpeed 3-port ebcs
Everything is heat wraped with no cats and tight.

I need to know what to watch out for, what to ask,If I should bring a USB flash drive to record graphs & charts data-logs and such?

What numbers should be looking for?

I'm going out of state for this and I was told to make sure I have plenty of Iowa "piss water"

(91oct). Is there anything else I need?

This car's primary function will be a daily driver with a 60mi a day commute and Auto/Cross on the weekends.

I'm installing the EBCS in the parking lot when I get there.

It's almost a 4hr drive so I only got one shot at this. I'm basically cannon-ball running it.

I'm all alone on this except for you guys. Any thoughts will be welcome.

If anyone guesses my HP/TQ numbers within 2 hp/lbs I'll get a lifetime membership to this site! (I want my sticker!)

The clock is ticking.........

All right, where is the distributor cap? I need to find the #1 plug wire to hook up my SUN machine.

Like sleeper said be there with enough time to let the car cool. Go over EVERY hose clamp and make sure its tight.

You should also go with 1 step cooler plugs if you haven't already.

Are they doing a pre-dyno inspection?(boost leak and compression test)

210 AWHP / 200 WTQ

Too late for the plugs. I'll get 'em the next time around. Yes they are doing a pre-dyno inspection. I'm planning on getting there an hour and a half before my tune. She's TIGHT!!! I'll triple check the clamps when I install the EBCS in the parking lot when I get there.

A final preflight check turned up missing and loose lug-nuts. I didn't re-torque after I did some brake work. The spare was at 1/2 pressure too! Doh! That could have been bad!!!

I didn't really get to do any good rips coming out of Chicago at rush hour traffic. Once I got out on the open highway I gave anyone that got too close a face full of TURBO! So high speed pulls is all I've done so far. My observations are;

The power comes on in a more direct relation with the throttle.
SMOOOOOOOOOOTH!! It's like the whole car just came together.
The boost is SOLID! It almost looks like the boost gauge is pegged at .124mpa.
Before it peeked at .09mpa and it was all over the place. now it hits .124mpa like a brick and it stays there 'till I back off. In every gear.
I don't have to shift as much. Thank you Mr.Torque.

I'll have more to tell after my chief science officer hooks up his try-corder to it. And I do a few 0-60 rips.

Of course I have a dyno sheet and a tuning map on a flash drive for everyone to look at. (If anyone is interested.)

Pics and video too.

220 ft/lbs from (just about) 3000rpm to 5000rpm! What a fun car that would be to drive!
