Fuel pump fuse

Where is the fuel pump fuse in the 03 WRX. I'm changing the fuel filter and I want to depress the system so I don't get a face full of gas. Is it #11 on the fuse panel "engine ignition system"?

I just unplug the fuel pump relay in the pass. side trunk.
Unplug it, start the car and let it run until it dies.
