A few 06' WRX exhaust questions

1. If i get an aftermarket turbo-back exhaust (TBE) will i need to have it profesionally done? Is it completely bolt on?
2. If i do get a TBE will i be able to put on the stock exhaust system if i wanted to go to the dealer?
3. Will adding an exhaust system void my warranty?
4. Will 05 exhaust kits work on my 2006 wrx.
5. Is the 2006 wrx the subby ever made?
6. What about emissions vs cat/no cat? I live in Texas and would like to have my exhaust be as least restrictive as possible. I also need to pass emissions though.

Thank you for your help

1. No and yes. You'll more than likely have to mod the turbo heat shield.

2. Yes.

3. It depends on if they can link the failure to the modification of the exhaust.

4. I wouldn't see why not, but you might want to research this further with the vendor that you choose.

5. The best, worst, what do you mean? There are some cosmetic differences as well as higher displacement, making this version of the WRX the best so far IMO.

6. Since all cars are different, this isn't the easiest question to answer. Just make sure that you put the stock exhaust back on when you go to test. More importantly, make sure that you don't have any cels (check engine lights).

My car is well, it's like 10 lbs of shit in a 5 lb bag...

Thanks for correcting me, I did however state that he'd have to research it more with the vendor before buying. Kind of a disclaimer for me if you will.
