Favorite FMIC?

Which FMIC do you own, or looking forward to installing? What is most important to you in an FMIC - ease of installation? retaining factory foglights? efficiency? looks?

I dont have it yet butt im going to get the MRT FMIC its the biggest on the market and what i like best is i still get to keep my fog lights thats a mojor plus. The only thing i dont like about it is that it hangs lower than the front bumber im kinda afraid i will rip it off on something.

My favorite is the Blitz. Big core awesome performance and great quality. Greddy is a close second. I could care two bits about the fogs. They are just extra weight and certainly don't help you see anything (especially if you have an HID kit).

Greddy has always made quality stuff. I am going w/ the huge top mount from turboXS. If you want a stealth FMIC cobb makes an all black and its almost as big as the blitz.

MRT! This thing gets cold! When the car was on the dyno and the fans were put in front for cooling, the car's idle drop to the point where it almost stalled because the air going into the engine was way to cool.

On DSMTuners I'm: GVTalon

I have the greddy fmic, thought abt the mrt, for mines but for 1,400 buck in the u.s., I ended up with greddy and had enough money to invest in other mod's, I think it performs great, the car keeps really cool, and spool up is quicker, and the hp gains is really noticible. and it looks cool too.

I'm gonna go with the APS DR500 FMIC. Comes with a new bumper beam and is huge!

You better watch your boast levels with that IC. They say to only use that big of an IC if you're running massive amounts of PSI.

I have the Blitz FMIC on my WRX, it is awesome only thing was that it would have been a lot easier to put on with the JDM beam or a plasma cutter. Lost count of how many grinding wheels I went through. Thanks.

When I install it, I'll also be installing an undecided turbo, most likely a Garrett/IHI hybrid.

APS FMIC.
Lowest pressure drop, keeps foglights, new bumper beam (dont need to cut stock) lightest and largest. Cannot be beat.
Only downside? Recommended smaller battery... Big deal, definatly worth it IMO
