Who told you they wouldnt work? A tuner, mechanic? Call up BC and ask them yourself, I have heard they are reasonable to talk to.

well not that they wont work....i was told that the powerband was going to be too high for a big 16g and the cams would be useless....does this wording sound better lol......what i was thinking that if i got these cams that my car would be the same just pull harder up top.....is this true.? i was told this "bigger cams will move the power level to the right. So it basically will give u less usuable power with the 16g"

I have been reading about cams, just trying to understand how they work. I see and understand what you are saying now. I do remember reading something similar about moving the power curve. So it would sound like they would be better for a bigger turbo setup, but I cant be certain as I have no experience. PM Lil Shoaf, he has done an extensive build on his car, he would know much more about this.

The cams will move the power band to the right as they will improve VE and upper rpms but they can still be used with a turbo like an EVoIII 16G.The problem is if you get cams without getting headwork (porting/polishing) you will not see the full benifits.

if you buy the cams, take your heads off go ahead and have them P&P since you are already goign to be right there, and get the valve springs as well, then your set for any other turbo in the future you want to run, you may loose a little bottom end by this but pick up top end with those cams and that turbo, now with another turbo it will be a different story,

it pretty much depends on the shop and everything, im not sure cause my best friend is a machinest and he CNC my heads for me for free, but i wouldnt think it would cost more than 200 bucks for a good job.
