ECU Flash And Stage 2 Maps???

Ok, So I got a Tactrix 1.3U on order and have downloaded ECUFLASH. I feel dumb for asking but what now? How and where do I get a stage 2 map to put on my car? Do I have to pay or can I obtain one for free? Sorry, I'm now a first time tuner and probably shoulda put this on the noob forum. Any help would be appreciated and I promise to help others after I learn.

here is a company that sells stage 2 maps, don't know much about them but just did a little search and this is one example i found. 02-05 WRX : XPT Tuning, The XPT Tuning Online Store

XPT all the way for me. Braden is a great guy and is willing to help you even though most his maps are under $100. You might want to consider a WB02 if you're gonna tune yourself, although I'll admit I've never had one.

Sorry for the typo, I've since researched the process and and free base maps vs. customized but can't find out when to add and remove the reflash connector that it said I needed on an 05.
