Drilled and threaded oil drain bolt ofr sale

eBay Motors: Subaru Imprezza WRX oil drain pan bolt drilled (item 250222775597 end time Mar-10-08 20:23:30 PDT)

I have two oil drain pan bolts that I purchased for my 2002 Subaru WRX. One bolt is a standard bolt that is an OEM part for the WRX. The other bolt has been drilled and threaded so that an autometer oil temperature gauge can be placed in the bolt. I did this on my car and it was a really simple way to measure oil temperature on my pod mounted gauge.

I am not sure if an oil pressure sensor would fit this hole but it might be possible.

I am pretty sure that Subaru uses the same oil drain bolt on all of their models however I can't say that for certain. I would ask around or talk to a dealer but I bet any imprezza has the same bolt size. The forester/outback may also be the same size.

Trust me this works really well and is simple installation wise.
