I can't understand what you're asking. Please use better English.

most aftermarket downpipes use a flat flange and the stock cat back is a donut flange. A simple adapter usually does the job. SOME downpipes use the stock donut flange, but not many.

Cobb's bellmouth downpipe (either catted or catless) is designed to mate up perfectly with your stock 2.5" cat back using the factory donut-style gasket OR any other aftermarket cat back with a 3" 2-bolt flange using a flat 3" 2-bolt gasket. The design is very well thought out.

Have you read about the CAIs? Just a thought before parts are put on the car.

Yep, in general, downpipes have a flat 2-bolt flange and are designed to use a flat 2-bolt gasket.

If you are used to tuning other types of cars a CAI is probably your first thought. On subarus there is a lot of problems with these. Just dropping a quality filter into the stock air box will be safer and do as much for your ride as an intake could do without tuning.
As far as the AP goes, Acura of Temecula accepted a best offer on ebay for $565 shipped for a new accesport V2. This is the best deal I've heard of for a new unit.

Megan, Cobb, and Agency Power Dowpipes will bolt on to the stock exhaust system...almost all aftermarket DP's will have the two bolt pattern you are talking about..I wouldn't buy a CAI at this moment (especially because your turbo is stock) because the stock inlet system can handle up to 300whp cars with just a drop in filter. Just take out the snorkel and you will be good to go

Make sure you do your research on the downpipes. For example the Cobb units are pieces of art but they taper to 2.5 inches so that they can mate up with the stock cat back using a doughnut gasket. If you are trying to keep the stock cat back this is great, but for me this POTENTIAL constriction lead me to get an Invidia V4 catted DP. I'm not familiar with Megan's unit.

That 2.5 taper over 3" IS NOT that big a deal unless you are looking for the last little bit of HP out of the car. CobbTuning.com - Exhaust Design just a little reading about design, size, catted and non-catted.
