The downpipe difference
I gained enough with my downpipe I thought I'd report back to the boards. Today, I went to a crappy track. No one got good 60' times (my best was a 1.8) and overall ETs were ridiculously high (stock, at another track, I've run 8.3--with downpipe my best today was 8.6) BUT, trap speeds were amazing. For my STi, we've removed the intake silencer and added the Godspeed downpipe and those are ALL the power "mods" I have. My 1/8 mile speeds went from 81 mph stock to 88 mph with the downpipe. The downpipe got me a SEVEN MPH difference. This thing is amazing...I NEVER expected that much from just the one piece.
And other good news is I thrashed a whole bunch of loud V8s, losing only once to some dude in a Mustang GT toting an enormous shot of nitrous.
