I Am Looking To Install A Cold Air Intake In Me 2003 Wrx. I Am Looking At Either The Aem Or The Ingen. Or Should I Stay With The Stock Air Box.

You either have big balls or you are new to this site, pretty much everyone on this site will tell not to do a CAI on a WRX. If you are going to get an intake go with the short ram. What mods do you have? If you have no mods on your car then just stick with the stock air box with maybe a K&N air filter and get the silencer delete elbow.
Try reading the "Cold Air Argument" thread to learn more

My turbo's fixed and a lot better =)

Honestly?

In all honesty, a CAI will degrade power/your engine. A short ram wont do $hit on a stock car. IMO? Save the 150 bucks that a short ram costs and buy an uppipe.
