CBE confusion

I'm reading a lot about tuning our cars in stages and whenever mods are done to have it tuned, but will a CBE require a tune? Would I risk damage? I'm still between the Cobb CBE and Perrin's CBE (leaning more to Cobbs tho) If I were to purchase one of these CBE's should I also have the cash on hand for a tune right after or am I good until another mod and that's when I need to head to a tune shop.

Also, can you guys help me with some good part shops. I have been just searching for the company websites as opposed to Joesmoesauto.com. Any trusted names that deal would be helpful.

A CBE is more for sound and thats it, no power to really be gained and no tune needed. Check out either ralleysportdirect.com, cvrmotorsports.com or jscspeed.com, all good sites with good support if you ask them questions.

You don't need a tune until you swap the DP. The Cobb CBE is nice but over priced. You could also go used and save money.
