Can I do this?

I have searched and I am aware of the OL/CL and the difference between the newage and the classic ECU.

But, I would still like to ask if I can put the following onto my 05 WRX 8 and drive without a remap?

Divorce decat Downpipe
### Sti catless Centre Section
Sti Back box
K&N Panel filter

Will I get any CEL warning lights or risk the Up pipe cat giving up thus damage my turbo with only a turbo back exhaust?

There is only one registered Ecutek mapper here and the cost is around 950 usd. Should I go ahead with their remap (only road tune, no dyno)?

I don't know what the "Sti Back box" is, but the rest of that will run fine without any sort of remap. And unless you're getting the Bosal 2 piece-type DP, you shouldn't need a catless center section with a catless DP. The DP should cover both the downpipe and the midpipe.

You WILL get a CEL though, and I would certainly get a UP before doing the job. May as well take out ALL the restriction while you're doing it. Save the 900, get a UP and either a Cobb AP or a TurboXS UTEC, then you can just run the stage 2 map.

Yes you can run that setup, Yes you might get a CEL and I would get the up pipe before tuning. Go for the Ecutek, it will be fine with just a road tune

My turbo's fixed and a lot better =)

950 for a road tune, thats crazy. Get a Cobb Accessport. Save your self 350-400. Plus you can do it yourself.

the ol/cl issue is real and documented. If you don't have the means to monitor knock activity via knock correction values and the DAM (dynamic advance multiplier) than i recommend you get proper engine management when modding your exhaust.
