Can anyone help me ID this exhaust?

I find this exhaust kinda cool looking and I just thought I'd see if anyone knows who makes it. Looking to do TBE on the 02 sometime in the spring/summer and just was wondering. Thanks!

Looks like any other N1 style catback with a different tip welded in.

Good luck

OT, but man its such a shame someone mis matched the paint on the wing. Hell, even the risers are the right color. Otherwise that car is very nicely done.

^Bet that's the shadow... Or done like that on purpose... seems like it's only on a fraction of the wing

I shudder in despair every time I see those "wing risers". *bwhuhuh*

I think its the lighting.

Back to the OP, it looks to be as stated above(possibly an HKS with a different tip)
Whatever it is, the tip is something I have never seen come on an exhaust..looks to be fabricated for sure.

+1 for thinking it's a custom fab-job to keep the tip away from the bumper (and avoid scorching it) by aiming the tip down/out instead of using longer exhaust hangers which would sacrifice some ground clearance

...something similar to what this guy did: Subaru WRX Project Subyrod gets a performance exhaust | MyRideisMe.com

99% sure that's made or was made by Kakimoto.

Those are Spec C risers, not the ones they sell on eBay. It's a one piece instead of a 2. I have a friend who tried for a year to sell it and I was actually debating on getting it for a steal since it's grown on me. I probably won't though

The 2 piece risers look bad though.

I see what your talking about...it almost looks like they unbolted the top of the STI wing and attached the WRX wing on top of the STI bottom piece. Its very simular at least...I looked at the picture below and its not quite that. But, it looks a lot like it. Its just missing the third brake light on the bottom piece.

I didn't even notice it was only one piece :poorme:

PrimeSilver02 02-11-2012 10:58 PM

Can you still get the wing riser from Spec C?

brfatal 02-12-2012 03:29 AM

A Spec C is a special edition Impreza. !Laugh!

PrimeSilver02 02-13-2012 03:23 PM

Didn't know that. So is it a part you can get from Subaru then or what?
