One of the other forums got me thinking....would an aftermarket boost gauge fit in the factory housing mounted on the column....would the wiring be the same....I would just like to replace the factory metric one..

I think you could find a guage to fit but may have problems with the wiring. You might be able to get those rub on stencil numbers and make the guage read in psi if your comfortable with opening up the factory guage. I used to do this kind of stuff on meters used on test equipment and it is fairly easy. You just have to paint the factory plate and apply the stencil number in the correct position.

mike, I think you could make a pretty penny modding boost gauges I know I'm way to nervous to go opening my gauge.
