If you are stock or up to stage 2 you will be more than fine without a BPV upgrade. If you absolutely have to have one Cobb's XLE BPV is great. I have also heard good things about TurboSmart, and GFB.

To clear up any confusion and better help you with your question, why exactly do you want a new one? is yours broken or do you just want something different?

In this case you want an atmosphere bov. A tune will be needed as you will be running rich for a split sec between shifts. I know this from experience. I have a HKS SSQV Bov and between each shift I have a pop coming from the unused fuel. (Not a bad one but sometimes you can hear it.)

you can not tune around a BOV unless you are blow through with a FMIC. your car will run like crap no matter what.

I'm weighing in for the GFB stealth. I'm on my second, and will buy another for my next WRX. Fully adjustable from 0-100% atmospheric/recirc. And it looks GOOD. I hate the robot looking ones. Runs great, no problems. loud if you want loud, quite if you want quite.

I'm tuned and my car runs perfect. Except for the occasional flames coming out of my exhaust I didn't go vent to atmosphere for the sound though.
