When you get that BPV make sure to check to it, I run it. You need to make sure the pressure on the BPV is correct or it will either sound like you have compressor surge, or wont build boost properly. Its too easy to adjust though. Get the car tuned, run it, see where you are at. If it needs to be adjusted, do it a quarter turn at a time, either softer, or harder. And definetley be sure that the BPV top has at least two threads on it, I blew mine off at 22PSI on a pull, lol.

I know that feeling. I had my turbo sitting at home on the table while I was gone for 3 weeks on a field problem The anticipation is almost enough to kill you, lol.

Personally, I would get more of the supporting mods before you get it tuned. Make your $$ work for you.

He's planning on getting injectors and STI TMIC. Can't do much more than put on a intake....

3 Port Boost Solenoid or a Manual Boost Controller. Another option would be running an external wastegate.

Hes on a budget as of right now if I recall, $600+ for maybe 10-12 HP isnt worth it yet.

Ok guys quick update with the turbo situation. STi top mount should be delivered today! Checked the fedex tracking and it is in transit. Also yesterday did the fuel pump walbro 255lph. Tight budget has not allowed me to order the perrin recirc but I am bidding on a stock bpv on ebay. injectors will most likely be stock sti injectors or some 650cc injectors.

Do not buy 04-06 STi injectors because they are sidefeed and not topfeed injectors like your car.

My name is Ken and I am a HP Junkie.

Nice, just make sure you didn't torque the crap out of the BPV bolts, because you can easily mess up the gasket and could cause boost leaks.

rollin on 17's now and they're dirty
