Question anyone who has an aftermarket downpipe

when you replaced the downpipe could you get the heat shield back on?
if not do i heat wrap it or just forget about it???

Zullard is more helpful than not
depends on what downpipe you bought, since the intercooler is right there it is a good idea to use the heat sheild, you should just trim it (easier said then done I know) to fit, that is what most people do.

thanks, i just saw that in a magazine a little bit after i asked
they made it look pretty easy but i'm sure it's not, usually nothing is when it comes to working on cars
