That would suck, I really like the CAI. Guess if I need to, I'll go to a shortie.

APS CAI fits with APS DR 725 FMIC.

Cos said you won't be able to keep the car running with that intake. It's crap.

Clark must know the secret. All of our cars are pulling almost 350 whp (Mustang Dyno) on a 2.0l w/ 93. Using either APS CAI or Short Rams.

Don't believe everything you read, especially dealing with parts. Sometimes it's best to take the word of a customer or mechanic that has used, tested and discarded a bad product. Every CAI intake for the WRX; according to the companies that sell them; is supposed to give an additional 10 to 15 horses. But who can testify that to be true.

We tried the APS intake on 3 or 4 different cars. Never got good results. I'd love to know what he did to make it run well. See if you can find out for me....

Sure thing! I'll ask my buddy, he gets base tunes from Clark and then tunes his own using the wide-band. If he doesn't know, I'll call Clark and ask him.

195.00 for the k&n, most of the horsepower gains came from my ecutek. once i installed the new fuel pump and the k&n i was able to have the boost turned up to 19.85 lbs.

Ok....from what I have experienced...short ram is the best kinda intake..and a catless up-pipe will save you lots of worries later on in the modding process

Search for the words "intake silencer removal thread" just read that! It will tell you everything you need to know about the intake silencer (resonator)

Nonsense

An intake is pointless your stock intake will handle jsut as well as an aem one on this car....... and your not going to really need anysound i mean what would you rather hear a turbo spulling or a cold air intake......it would be point less to buy one and a waste of money spend the money on a cool bov and get some real sound or up grade your turbo

You really want quicker spool and a louder turbo sound

<----pain the ass to install but well worth it

http://froogle.google.com/froogle?q=...ff&oi=froogler <----should be first or second 'upgrade'

If you want a loud powerful turbo check out the EJ5-40T ....it is a quick spool noisy bastard
