as mentioned, get good tires. real good ones. dont skimp out or all that power is going to send you into a ditch/tree with out good tires. after that i suggest getting a proper protune even though u have a cobb. cobbs ots maps are meant to "work" and thats it. but they arent the greatest.
Im one for suspension mods and braking mods first.
On an 05 a set of rear swaybars and endlinks that are heavier than the stockers will correct some of the stock understeer and give you more control. While your under the car I would swap out any bushings that you can get to. Whitelines makes a $200 "All the bushings" kit. Swap out all the tired old bushings with new poly ones and the suspension geo will thank you.
Assuming your rubber is in order I would move on to locking down the braking setup. For a daily driver at Stage 2 power levels swapping for performance fluid and stainless lines would be a good start. A brace and some street performance pads would be better. If you plan on tracking the car a big brake kit with all the fixings would be even better.
Assuming your stock other than stage 2 I would also swap that rebound control. 10 years is a long time to go on stock struts and springs and Im sure both are showing their age ( unless they have been swapped already ) In any case I like KYB AGX struts and any set of slightly stiffer springs ( lowering, stock or lifting is your choice )
If your looking to make more power then we need more info, What are your plans for the car? Are you daily driving or tracking it? What state do you live in? and whats your budget. Without those answers I would suggest injectors, Fuel pump and a pro tune. But thats a shot in the dark without knowing what your plans are.
hope that helps
