300 wtq

hey guys i need some turbo advice.
right now i am at stage 2 but i want more power, i think i will be happy with 300wtq and 300whp. will an evo 3 16g get me there on my ej20? if not what turbo should i get.

Keep in mind i use this car as my daily driver and i dont want anything too lagy. i also plan on eventually getting a fmic or big tmic injectors and a fuel pump.

+1 to both Dumdum and Mosc. But you will more than likely need bigger than a 16G of any kind unless you plan to run meth with it. You will need the injectors, pump and IC all at the same time of the turbo.

An Evo 3 16g can get you to 300awhp, but you will be pushing it. You might be better off with an 18g.

and getting 300wtq on something like a mustang dyno out of the EJ20 on pump gas is hard no matter what turbo you pick. Not that you definitely want it due to tranny concerns anyway. Just saying.

Yeah, what's his name on here. Got carried away with it and broke his tranny only a couple months after putting a 18g, fmic, new injectors, fuel pump on, and killed his tranny.

Yup, everything he said is very important. 300 on what dyno? if on Dyno Jet, sure. if on Mustang Dyno or even Dyno Dynamic, it's not easy. Also a good tuner will help you a lot to achieve your goal.
