I have a 2002 wrx wagon, i have a catback exhaust and a cold air intake, and i wanted to see if i can get a little more power before i drop some cold hard cash, and i heard of the 3/16 mod and was wandering how to do the mod? Pictures would be great!

I did this mod a while back and removed it after two weeks. I did not like the 'surging' effect at higher boost levels. I also noticed poor gas milage when running the mod due to the added boost curve. Without further modifications the ECU is always going to try to limit MAX boost, therefore causing the 'surging' effect.
Without EM it is a waste and not safe to up the boost.
