That is quite a bit of miles.

Is everything up to date (maintainence wise)?

I would say if youre not doing large performance mods( i.e. huge turbo running 20+ lbs of boost) and want a little extra power out of your car, maybe stage 1, shouldnt be problematic. There are plenty of people in that mileage range that are running multiple power upgrades, yet just driving with a little more tlc.
I would make sure all scheduled maintenance is completed ( timing belt, fluids etc). Tune up, run a compression test and make sure the motors healthy, use good oil and change it on the dime and dont drive it like you stole it.

If all factory suggested maintenance is up to date and the compression test is good, you could probably get away with a turbo back exhaust (and an up pipe in your case as a safety mod) and Stage 2 tune of some sort, but I wouldn't go much beyond that.
