2.0 - 2.5 swap, missing 100whp

I just recently swaped a lot of stuff, got to the dyno shop and I am 100WHP shy of what I should be. In fact I am 50WHP less then last year when I had a smaller turbo and 2.0L block.
Cam timing is one idea and any other idea's might point me in the right direction.

That's probably part of it.

Also, what are your AFR's?

10.8 is pretty rich. That could be part as well. But, that shouldn't account for a 100 hp loss. What are your EGT's? That is a good way to see if your timing is correct.

I guess it could be cam timing. Where are your cams set?

Do you have a log you can let us see? Something where we can see the injector duty and ignition timing?
