18g overkill on stock 205 ?
I've been glancing around yet again ( damn late nights ) ... and i'm split between the EVO 16 and the 18 G for the 2.0l . Now from what i understand, a few lucky EVO 16s can make 300 awhp ( aroundish my goal of ~ 300 ) .... but more often then naught they make around 275 ( as the mustang dyno flys ). As for the 18G... i hear it gets up to 350-400 awhp ( unless i read incorrectly ). The problem i'm having is that i'll have stock interals and stock trans with about 85000 miles on both. Both of which can handle 300 awhp but nothing really much more than that ( thats my understanding... feel free to set me straight ) . So assuming that i'll have supporting mods... and taking into account stock internals and stock trans with 85K on them, what turbo upgrade would be the better route to getting me 300awhp in a safe reliable manner ?
