16G differences

I found this turbo on turbochargers.com and I was just curious if its an actual 16G or if it was like some sort of knock-off one.

Should I buy this or should I just spend the extra 50 to 100 dollars or whatever and buy a blouch big 16G? or deadbolt?

Go with what you know. ESPECIALLY on that kind of part. Just my opinion.
