08 WRX squeak sound - Need help

Hello everyone, I have a 2008 WRX wagon with basically stock everything except for a Cobb intake and cobb downpipe and cat back exhaust. I use the Cobb accessport and have stage 2 with 91 octane gas.
My issue is, the other day I was driving and during 5-10psi of boost i heard a squeaky sound. 2 days later, it is random and is from 3-15psi. Usually it would start at 5 and around 8 or so it would stop squeaking and just be the normal turbo spooling sound. Currently, instead of the squeak dropping it continues to squeak all the way through the pull.
I have read it could be a clip on the tubing for the turbo, or the intercooler. I tried the water and soap test to see if there is any clear sign of a leak, but no luck with that.
About a week or two ago I put on new AC and alternator belts, I don't think those could be the squeak, but I have no idea.
Please let me know any thoughts of what it could be and any easier way of diagnosing by myself.
Thank you!

Take the coupler from the intercooler to the throttle body off, take off the rubber boots on each side of it, throw them away, and re-install it. See if that clears it up.

Thank you, I am not familiar with the vehicle very much as i bought it recently. To remove that coupler, do i need to pull the IC or can i get to the coupler without pulling it out.

Yeah, its really easy. If this isn't the source of your problem, it will be eventually, you don't need a new hose though, taking the rubber ends off of your stock hose is all you need to do.
