I didn't know Mishimoto made aftermarket TMICs - I know they make silicone hoses.
Sounds like you need injectors, a 3 port ebcs, a tune, and perhaps an intake or K&N drop in air filter.
Also, ditch the BOV (if it vents to atmosphere) and find a recirculating BPV.
The Stage 2 clutch might be an issue too. Generally, if you have a stock transmission, you should also have a stock (or stock equivalent) clutch or you risk breaking gears.
