What roof rack fits the 2003 WRX Sti?

Guys,
I've got an 03 Sti and I'm looking for a roof rack to hold my fishing kayaks, but I cant find anything that that fits without modifications.

Check out Yakima or Thule.

Go to Yakima's website. They'll guide you through what to buy that'll fit your car perfectly.

According to my Yakima paperwork, if you use the traditional window frame mounts, you can carry up to 100 lbs and a canoe up to 14 feet long. Kayaks must be carried with HullyRollers, LandShark, Mako Saddles, or HullRaisers.

If you don't want to use the traditional window frame mounts, you could do a custom mount similar to mine. I ordered a set of Yakima Q7 clips and slightly trimmed/bent them so that they would attach to the rigid body hooks underneath the roof weather stripping. This allows my roof rack to sit up higher off the top of my car so I can carry four snowboards easily with plenty of clearance (two with bindings facing down, two with bindings facing up) instead of tilting the snowboard carrier up on one side like it was intended to do (which would probably only allow me to carry three boards).

I don't know if my setup is better or worse in terms of the rack's ability to carry weight. I'd imagine it's probably slightly worse because I removed about a third of the material from the Q clips and I bent them, but I didn't compare the Q clips I modified to the original intended ones, so I'm not sure. If I wanted to make absolutely sure my clips wouldn't detatch from the roof hooks, I could drill small holes through them and secure them with bolts/nuts. After five seasons though, the rack has held everything securely on my car, so that's probably overkill for my purposes.

My setup:
- 4 Yakima Q Towers
- 4 Yakima Q7 clips (trimmed/bent)
- 6 Yakima SKS lock cores (4 for Q Towers, 2 for snowboard carrier)
- 2 Yakima 48" round cross bars (trimmed flush)
- 4 Yakima plastic end caps
- Yakima 44" fairing
- Yakima FatCat 6 snowboard carrier

Another point to consider is the design of the crossbars. Some are round, some are square, and some are sort of football shaped. I'm not sure which ones are rated to handle the largest load.
