TMIC question

I just got a used 04 WRX and wanted to identify if the TMIC is stock or aftermarket. I see no "SUBARU" branding anywhere, the only marking I see is a black X on the one side. Unfortunately I don't know anyone else with a WRX to compare it to. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
Thanks!

Oh well, I was hoping it was a better one. Is the oil on the turbo hose normal? This is my daily driver, so I need to try to get everything done over a weekend. It just hit 70k...I hope the turbo isn't leaking already.
