stock boost

I just got a turbofx man boost control i know its not the best idea. BUT keeping the boost at 14.5 or even 14 (cal. it using an vac/boost autometer gage) can't realy hurt anything right???? Or should i remove it till i get the utec?
I will be getting a utec soon what should i look for?

If you're going to be getting the UTEC soon, then take the mbc off. You stand a good chance of running into part-throttle/full boost situations. This is bad. Take the mbc off.

My car is well, it's like 10 lbs of shit in a 5 lb bag...

Yes, the UTEC does have it's own boost control feature.

I wouldn't use it without engine management. Without a way to adjust fueling, they're a bad idea. Just take it off.

If you want it that bad then i would get a walboro fuel pump to try and balance it out, even though our cars come running rich from the factory.

You would still need EM to control the amount of fuel entering the engine.

mbc gone

Boost was at about 18-19psi (way to high) with the gas peddle pushed down a like 10%.
NO MORE MBC. It is tricking the turbo to boost way to high when i didnt need it. What is MBC good for?
